- Photographic sessions are by appointment only. At least 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Any ‘no-shows’ will be charged at £45.00 to be paid within 14 days of the booked appointment.
- The copyright of all images remains the sole property of Gary A Early.
- All final images are for personal and/or personal promotional use only including: model portfolios, business presentations, website graphics etc., by both the client(s) and the photographer. Should any other use be made of the images both parties must mutually agree, in writing, to an appropriate fee dependent on the usage.
- After the end of the session the images will be digitally processed. An individual viewing session will be arranged where the client will be able to select the final prints and presentation options including print size, mounting, ‘web-ready’ images etc. The viewing will be available within 10 working days of the shoot. Should you require an earlier viewing appointment, a ‘rush’ charge will be applied.
- We do not supply clothes for the photographic session. Please bring your own and any beauty/grooming products needed. Should you require the services of a professional make-up artist please let us know, we will usually be able to provide one. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring along ‘special props’ so that we have time to make the appropriate arrangements.
- Bookings will be confirmed by post or email. Payment for photographic sessions must be made on the day of the session. Orders for final images/prints must be paid, in full, at the time of ordering, (normally the viewing session).
- Digitally finishing, mounting etc., the final images/prints may take some time. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days from receipt of your order. If images are required sooner, a surcharge will be applied. Any specific requirements must be discussed with the photographer in advance.
- All original image files are catalogued and archived onto CD. Reprints may be ordered at any time.
